There will also be Yoga on Saturday at 11:00 AM and (for the incredibly ambitious) Tai Chi on Sunday at 9:00 AM for anyone who would like to join. (Very optional - absolutely no pressure)
And if you are staying off site, there are lovely locker rooms and showers for you to use!
